These terms and conditions govern the participation in the "Cult A Way Jackpot" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event"), a ticketing and prize draw event organized as part of the Cult A Way, the techno-cultural fest of Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer").
By purchasing a ticket and entering the draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Employees of the Organizer, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the Event shall not be permitted to enter.
Tickets are available for purchase from start date until end date.
Each ticket purchased grants one entry into the jackpot draw.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee winning a prize.
The draw will take place on draw date at cult inauguration.
Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Organizer and or its agents.
The prizes for the Event will be distributed within one month time from the announcement of result.
Prizes are subject to availability, and the Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be notified by email and/or letter within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize or unable to present the winning coupon, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Event or as a result of accepting any prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Event.
By entering the Event, participants consent to the Organizer using their personal details for the purposes of administering the jackpot draw and for marketing purposes related to the Event.
All personal information will be held and used by the Organizer in accordance with its privacy policy.
In any case of dispute, Cult A Way Jackpot committee’s decision shall be deemed final.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala State, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
The Event is organized by Cult A Way, a techno-cultural fest of Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering.
